Think of our day experiences as a taste of Wild Renewal. A thoughtfully curated mini immersion rooted in restoration, connection, and supportive practices designed to add lasting value beyond the day itself.

June 20 - Power of Perception

Heritage Arts Centre - Stonewall Quarry Park

8:00am - 5:00pm  $245.00 +tax

A Wild Renewal Day Experience centered on perception as medicine, guiding you to examine the stories you hold about yourself and help you reframe your inner narrative to support healing and growth. 


  • Energizing Yoga Flow (all levels of experience) (Heather McDermid)
  • Workshop 1: How Your Self-perception Influences Your Health
  • Workshop 2: How to Use Your Perception to Make the Shifts You Desire (Natalie Reimer Anderson)
  • Prairie Sister Sharing Circles (Optional to share or just take in experience)
  • Meditation and Sound Healing Session (Laura Curtis)


Continental breakfast, coffee and catered lunch included

** We aim to do parts of the day outside if we can (weather permitting).
