About Wild Renewal
Wild Renewal was born from two friends on parallel journeys, both craving deeper ways to release stress, prioritize self-care, and heal from burnout and past experiences. What started as attending sound healings, yoga classes, and eventually a large retreat together became a calling for something more.
On the 14-hour drive home from that retreat, we found ourselves dreaming out loud about how we would run retreats, spaces rooted in intention, connection, and real restoration, something we felt was much needed in Manitoba.
Fast forward to fall 2025, somewhere between sleep deprivation, daycare drop-offs, rocking babies, and countless coffee-fueled conversations, someday became “why not now?”
Wild Renewal is our answer to that calling.

Kaloni
I am a new mama who spent decades trying to live as the version of myself I thought I was supposed to be. Growing up with a mother who lived with bipolar disorder shaped my inner world early on, leaving me feeling insecure and unsure of how to trust or truly connect. I followed the crowd, learned to mold myself to fit in, and made career choices rooted in stability rather than what truly lit me up. Instead of fulfillment, I found severe anxiety, disconnection, and a nervous system that was constantly in overdrive, until a mental health rock bottom forced me to begin a relentless healing journey.
Stepping into health and fitness coaching opened my eyes to how much weight women carry and how rarely we slow down by choice. So many of us push through exhaustion and remain in constant motion until we reach a breaking point. As if that were not enough, we still live in a diet and exercise culture designed to deplete us rather than support us. I do not want to be another voice telling women to do more. I want to help women pause sooner, regulate their nervous systems, restore their energy, and learn how to thrive without burning themselves out.
Becoming a girl mom has given this work an even greater purpose, and for the first time, my path feels fully aligned. My daughter is my why, and this is my legacy. Through Wild Renewal, I am committed to helping her, and as many women as possible, live rooted in self trust, meaningful connection, and a life that holds more calm than chaos.

I am a single mother to a grown daughter and two young boys, and my life has been shaped by resilience, responsibility, and long seasons of survival. Becoming a mother as a teenager and growing up in an unstable home taught me how to care for others, but not how to care for myself. For years, I lived as the caretaker, the steady one, pushing through patterns and expectations that left me disconnected from who I truly was.
Eventually, I reached a breaking point. I walked away from a draining career, an unreciprocal relationship, and the version of myself that was built on endurance alone. Choosing to start again meant turning inward for the first time and asking who I am, what I need, and what kind of life I want to model for my children. That choice became the beginning of my renewal.
Today, I live with greater intention, guided by nature, spiritual curiosity, boundaries, balance, and deep self honoring. Wild Renewal was born from this journey and exists to hold space for women who have spent years putting themselves last. This work is for those who are ready to slow down, reconnect, and return home to themselves.
